Rosé

This wine is a blend of 50% Pinot Saint Georges, and 50% Gamay. Cuvée on freshness thanks to the direct pressing method and the selection of premiers jus de presses. The debourbage is carried out at 6°C and the fermentation at less than 18°C for around ten days. Natural sourdough selected. A minimum of sulfites were added throughout the winemaking stages. Dominant floral (rose and violet) blended with notes of fresh apricot fruit. Taste acidic and refreshing. Silver medal Concours international de Lyon 2021

Boulbène and sandy-loam on the surface and clay at depth.
