This lovingly simple cuvée is characteristic of Comte Tolosan PGI wines.
The grapes come from plots with well-drained soils enabling the production of aromatic wines with a light structure for immediate pleasure.
The blend of this cuvée varies according to the vintage, mixing Pinot Saint Georges (Négrette), Gamay, Syrah and Merlot.
Each grape variety is vinified separately using classic winemaking with maceration and several delestages. Ageing is carried out for 10% in oak barrels and 90% in vats for 6 to 12 months.
